If you haven’t requested in advance to reschedule delivery to a different date or to collect from your local Pickup Point, our policy is to deliver your parcel anyway. We will leave your parcel with your neighbour, or in a safe place at your property. We will notify you, so you know where to find your parcel.

You can change your delivery address up to the day prior to your delivery date, using myDPD or the Parcel Wizard mobile app.

You can opt to redirect your parcel to your local Pickup Point, using myDPD or the Parcel Wizard mobile app. You can then collect your parcel at your convenience.

When we first collect a parcel, we will notify you via email and will provide the expected delivery date. We will send a further confirmation of delivery one day in advance.
On the delivery day itself, we send an email (and text) confirming the parcel is out for delivery that day and will include an estimated one-hour delivery window.
