Drop2Shop offers a simple, paperless returns process for your customers while ensuring full visibility for you as the retailer.
Here’s how it works: Customers initiate a return by visiting ‘DPD Returns’, your website’s returns page, or their delivery confirmation email. They select your store, enter their order number, choose items to return, and provide a reason. After selecting a nearby drop-off shop, they receive a unique QR code.
Once repackaged, they drop off the parcel at the chosen location, where staff scan the QR code and handle the rest. Drop2Shop then scans, re-labels, and prepares the parcel for collection.
