DPD Pick Up Points
Deliveries can be routed directly to your nearest DPD Pickup Point for added convenience and flexibility. With nearly 600 Pickup Points located throughout the country, there’s always one close by. You can arrange delivery to a Pickup Point in several ways: sign up for ParcelWizard to route any or all of your deliveries to your preferred location, opt for the Pickup delivery option when you receive Predict notifications, or encourage the retailers you shop with to offer DPD Pickup as a delivery option at checkout.

If you haven’t requested in advance to reschedule delivery to a different date or to collect from your local Pickup Point, our policy is to deliver your parcel anyway. We will leave your parcel with your neighbour, or in a safe place at your property. We will notify you, so you know where to find your parcel.

When we first collect a parcel, we will notify you via email and will provide the expected delivery date. We will send a further confirmation of delivery one day in advance.
On the delivery day itself, we send an email (and text) confirming the parcel is out for delivery that day and will include an estimated one-hour delivery window.
